  1. J Bates something done about the first aid box. G Adams has obtained a first aid kit and will place it in the men’s toilets. We will now put the first aid kit out with the frequency board so it is in the pits whilst flying is being conducted.
  2. The water pipe behind the toilets has been repaired.
  3. To try and fix the vandalism problem T Bailye has offered to remove the tins of paint and the bags of cement from the toilets.
  4. J Bates bought up that there was an incident last weekend from a non-club member who went away very unhappy with a decision made that he could not fly until another mode 2 pilot was present. People can not fly at the field until proof of capabilities has been shown.
  5. J Bates asked that more people start training new members. Once trained they will then need to do a test with a qualified chief instructor.
  6. L Witton would like to attend the next training course for flying instructors.
  7. C Altus purchased 44 gal of methanol for $200, 2 gal of cool power for $110 and 5 litres of nitro and a tin for $72 bringing the total to $382. G Adams moves that C Altus is reimbursed for the purchase of the fuel, seconded by G Leech.
  8. P Munane asked that someone else take on the selling of the cool drinks. G Adams will now sell the cool drinks.
