FINANCIAL report was read and accepted by J. Bates , seconded by P. de Groot and carried.

REPORTS:- October flying weekend was a great success and thanks to Niaomi and Tim for the great spread provided for the BBQ. Thanks also to Mike and Kerry for providing the venue.

GENERAL BUSINESS:-

1. Moved by G. Adams that " The club accept $150 from Brian Simpson for a years advertising at our Club flying field. Sign no bigger than 1200 x 2400 to be supplied by Brian." seconded by T. Parnell and carried.

2. Moved by G. Adams that " Ray Ciantar and Tom Ciantar be accepted as Club members." seconded by R. Harding and carried.

3. Notice of motion moved by R. Harding that " Daniel Watson be accepted as a Club member." seconded by G. Adams.

4. Chief flying instructor J. Bates to sign off each student.

5. T. Bailye to see building contractors regarding quotes for shed.

6. Plans for position of shed to be further discussed next Sunday

7. Toilets to be cleaned on a regular bases

8. Next Sunday a busy bee to be held after flying to tidy up field.

9. A Club trainer was discussed at length and left over for further discussion
